Inside
The villa has two floors. On the first floor there is a living/dining room, gym and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bath. Furthermore, one bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds and a separate bathroom.
On the ground floor, the living room with large dining area, spacious kitchen, a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two more bedrooms, three bathrooms, laundry room and the spacious living and dining area, kitchen.
There is also a small annexe with a bathroom and a living room/bedroom with two single beds.
Upon request, 5 more beds can be added in the various bedrooms.
Hotel service
Housekeeper included. She works from Monday to Saturday, between 9.00am - 2.00pm. She makes the beds, does the laundry (possibly also your clothes) and cleans where necessary. Working hours can be changed in consultation. If there are any questions or problems you can contact her, she knows the house to detail.
Exterior
The large terrace with pool to be heated, solar and heat pump, with automatic cover, showers, covered barbecue and large lounge pérgola is accessible from the living room and kitchen. The whole is surrounded by beautiful plants and measures approximately 400 m2.
The villa is quietly situated in a residential area in a small dead end street.
Wheelchair accessible
The villa and the large terrace are accessible by wheelchair via the driveway and the garage.
The swimming pool has a chair lift and on request a rampa can be placed in the pool. On the ground floor of the villa and in the annex there is an adapted bathroom.
The house is equipped with the following facilities:
