Entering through the front door you enter a large living room with two seating areas, beyond that you find the dining room and the spacious modern kitchen with all necessary comforts. Also a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 very spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms with bath and shower.
Going up the stairs to the ground floor there is a small lounge and an indoor pool with beautiful views over the valley. There is also a pool table, a sauna and fitness equipment. On this floor are the other two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi.

Location
El Portet is a great place to stay, a picturesque village with its long beach and promenade that spills out into the bay, within walking distance of the centre of Moraira. There is a different atmosphere. The small, often beautiful buildings give the small village its character.
It is a 5 minute drive to the small village of Moraira, with large sandy beaches and known for its excellent restaurants. There you can also enjoy the boulevard with its little bars. The harbour with its luxury yachts and fish market and the small centre with its little streets and boutiques are also worth a visit.
If you prefer a more lively holiday, Benidorm is a 30 minute drive away or you can take the ferry to Ibiza.
