The 1st floor, containing the salon, kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, is equipped with an advanced climate control system for regulating the temperature of each room separately. 

In the high-ceilinged and spacious salon, equipped with glass sliding French doors opening onto the "Naya" (covered terrace), you can indulge yourself in the comfortable black leather sofa in front of the 38-inch satellite television. 

 

Adjoining the Naya is a spacious and superbly equipped and fitted kitchen that includes an induction hob, two fridges, dishwasher, oven, microwave and an eating area with fine comfortable chairs. The kitchen also comes with glass French doors that access the terrace where you will find plenty of table space to hold the largest of dinner parties. The barbecue, modeled after a Mexican bread oven, will also prove its culinary worth. 

 

Two bedrooms are situated on the terrace that can be directly accessed via the glass French doors. One sleeping area shares the bathroom with the largest bedroom, the two other bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom.

 

The lower floor can be accessed via a separate entrance or the garage. It has two air-conditioned bedrooms and a separate bathroom. There is also a spacious laundry area with washing machine and dryer. The large garage / annex indoor play area offers table tennis and table football. You won't need to pay a lot of money on bike rentals as the villa has bikes for a small fee. You can cycle to the centre of the village or the beach in a few minutes.
