The main entrance is located on the first floor, which is accessed under the watchful eye of Don Quixote via an imposing staircase. The foyer leads to the spacious living room, which contains no less than two fireplaces, the dining room, and a luxurious open kitchen equipped with, among other things, a large refrigerator. The splendid gray marble work surface is divided by the bar, where one can comfortably savor the culinary skills of a vacation companion while enjoying a drink. There is also a very spacious master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with its own bathroom with shower, as well as a bathroom and another bedroom on this level. There is also a covered terrace that leads to a leisure area. Finally, the roof terrace enjoys beautiful sea views and plenty of privacy. Adjacent to the kitchen is the stairwell, accessible through the second corridor (hallway) that connects the two levels.

 

The ground floor has its own entrance with a front door (enlarged) through which you enter the hallway where there is a work area with ADSL connection.

Adjacent is the second master bedroom, which has a fireplace and a seating area, as well as an en suite bathroom. There is direct access to the terraces from this space—the outdoor kitchen is just a few steps away. There are two other bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, one of which is very large and wheelchair-accessible and also serves as a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. You'll also find a gym equipped with various exercise equipment.

 

The holiday villa has been specially adapted for wheelchair users in several places with wide, threshold-free doors. There is a large, specially adapted bathroom, shower, and toilet. A high-low bed, a shower trolley, and other assistance equipment are available for rent, as is the adapted vehicle available for transporting wheelchairs. Home care can be arranged through well-organized home care organizations.
