You enter the very large living room where next to the beautiful new modern furniture your eye is immediately struck by 3 large windows with stunning views, through the room you arrive at the pool which has a few cozy seating areas and of course sun beds, from here of course also beautiful views, back into the room in the large dining room with 8 to 10 person table with behind the spacious modern kitchen with all modern kitchen appliances, adjacent to the room for washing and drying machine. At this level, you would expect the kitchen inventory to be complete and matched, and it is.
Between kitchen and dining room through the guest toilet, you enter the master bedroom. nice and spacious and with a nice bathroom en suite, also from the bedroom again beautiful views.
Back to the dining room, there start the spacious stairs to the lower floor, where there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, again all with nice views, also there you will find the TV room of course with smart big screen which you also find in the living room.
Exterior
On the street is an electrically lockable carport and then you go with wide steps to the villa, right at the start you are surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean plants like Olive chamarotte hibiscus etc
Before you enter the villa there is first a terrace with large 8-seater table at the BBQ, can you already sit in the balmy evening enjoying a delicious BBQ,
Is that all, no from the BBQ corner or from the pool area you go to a large terrace with, like those by the pool are inviting sun beds with nice cushions. The lounge set is not lacking nor the large floating parasol Beautiful large plant pots give this terrace an extra dementia.
Sometimes you feel the need to isolate yourself with your glass of wine and book, which is excellent on the terrace located on the other side of the villa. again with sun bed, lounge set and parasol
During the day enjoy the sun and pool , but the evenings with their enormous peace ( no villas in front or next to you ) are a separate experience.
Location
Cumbre de sol is located 10 minutes drive from Moraira and 15 minutes drive from Javea with its fine sandy beaches and abundance of good restaurants, both cosy seaside villages which are now well known. The urbanisation has a supermarket, pharmacy and further entertainment for young and old with, among others, the beautiful equestrian centre which also has a good kitchen. After a 5-minute drive you will find all the well-known large supermarkets for your shopping.
Enough of this beautiful quiet area with its hills and beautiful villas in all styles, then look up Benidorm with its large entertainment centres is 30 minutes drive away and definitely worth a visit. An hour's drive away is the city of Valencia, perhaps the most beautiful city in Spain but certainly the most diverse
